Welcome to your journey through the Yogic ancient philosophy of the Chakra system!
This workshop is for everyone and anyone that would like to learn and experience how you can take an empowered approach to living your best life.
In this session, I will take you deeper into the ancient roots of yoga and how you can take an empowered approach to living your best life.
Do one or more of these statements sound like you?
- You're so unhappy in your life and no longer want to just settle.
- Feeling stuck, unmotivated and unable to take action.
- Feeling exhausted, burnt out and struggling to rest.
- Constantly experiencing anxiety attacks.
- Comparing yourself with others who seem to have it all.
- Finding excuses whilst living in “someday”. Someday I will…
Imagine...
- Finding a sense of stability and connection with yourself. (Root Chakra)
- Consciously embracing the full spectrum of emotions. (Sacral Chakra)
- Stepping into your personal power. (Solar Plexus Chakra)
- Loving all facets of your being. (Heart Chakra)
- Bravely speaking your truth. (Throat Chakra)
- Fully trusting your inner knowing. (Ajna Crown Chakra)
In this workshop,
- we will take a deep dive into yogic philosophy of the Chakra System and explore how we can take empowered steps to restore balance.
- you will leave with an insight into how an imbalanced chakra can sound, feel or impact your personal or business life.
- you will have the opportunity to reflect on your experiences to where there may feel there are imbalances, whether in personal life, relationships, career or business (please note: you are not required to share your reflections).
- explore a variety of yoga practice; pranayama (breathwork), asanas (poses) and closing with a calming restorative yoga practice.
What to bring?
- Your favourite pen and note pad.
- Although the session is mainly seasted, it will also involve a range of small movement; standing and floor work. Please have access to some padding for knees and space to stand up and move to the floor if you would like to participate in all exerices.
- We will end the session in relaxation. Feel free to get super comfy, using pillows, bolsters and blankets.
I look forward to meeting you as you embark on your journey 🙏🏻
